Those of you who have been reading this blog for a while probably remember how I raved about Paulette Phlipot's gorgeous photography many moons ago. (Here's that post.) Well, Paulette and I ended up writing a proposal to do a cookbook together, and, um, Running Press has just signed us on. We send platonic wet kisses to our rock star agent Jenni Ferrari-Adler of Brick House Literary Agents in New York.
The book will be called RIPE: Satisfy your lust for fruits and vegetables with 75 fresh recipes and hundreds of simple combinations. It will be a colorful, photo-heavy book dedicated to fresh produce, and it will be beauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutiful.
